        The concept of Huckleberry’s Catfish Buffet comes from 33 years of operational experience in the restaurant industry. The senior management has been working together on the Huckleberry’s concept located in Searcy, Ar. since 1988 developing, evaluating and establishing the concept to become what it is today. Huckleberry’s has become a house hold name as far away as California, Texas, North/South Carolina, Missouri & Montana. It’s had customers from many other states that still contact us to order gift certificates for friends & family that live nearby. The customer loyalty that Huckleberry’s has built comes from the great food and service along with the simple down home atmosphere that keeps them coming back, whether they are local, traveling or recommendations  from others.
